PTSD Awareness Month

June is #PTSD Awareness Month.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a disorder that develops in some people who have experienced a shocking, scary, or dangerous event. Believe it or not, anyone can develop PTSD at any age!

If you're navigating daily stress, post-traumatic stress or PTSD, there are healthy ways to cope. It's okay to speak up and ask for help!
