Monday Motivation

Good morning Family,

This is not just the start of a new day or another monday. But it's the opportunity to change the way we think. To reevaluate what we focus on. If last week we let the news overtake us. We felt anxious, had anxiety or even feeling depressed because what's going on. What can we do better? What can we take positive out of last week? What are the things we can look at no matter how small to start building momentum for this new week?

Philippians 4:8-9 (NIV)

8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. So let's count our blessings and guard our hearts and minds. Why not change our perspective on life? Why not find the beauty in life? If your reading this you have already accomplished something many didn't get the opportunity today. Love you all to life.
